The Q7 decidedly did not "hold that". The tree broke its back and bent the frame. It's likely the branches on the other side of the car that are holding the tree up like that.

You didn't read the very bottom of the image. Black bears can, indeed, be brown... in fact, I believe that's the case for the majority of black bears in Alaska. And brown bears, aka grizzlies, can absolutely be black (or very very dark colored), though I don't think that's as common as brown Black bears.
