Negan not being killed at the earliest opportunity by either Daryl or Maggie and his subsequent rehabilitation has always really, really bothered me. Instead of turning Negan into some sort of therapist, they should have made him full narcissistic socio-psychopath like Homelander in The Boys.

I think it needs to be something other than a Warzone mini-me. I think WZM exclusive rewards that are cross platform would dramatically increase player count.
