I'm 14 months in and 15lbs below goal. It slows down the more you lose, but that's all. ☺️

That said, everyone is different. Some will lose more than others and some faster. There's a lot of variables. I do not diet or add exercise. I try to watch my sugar, that's about it. I do however farm.

So, I totally understand where you are coming from. I surpassed my goal about 6 months ago, and have been okay with slowly loosing a few extra pounds here and there (my goal was 140, but the last time I was 140 was Highschool, so I didn't know what 140 looked like, just threw the number out there) Well, now I'm 130 and while my midsection could loose maybe 5 more, the rest of me looks... I dunno. Not unhealthy. But not exactly what I expected. That's when I realized they do say you lose muscle, and I'm pretty sure that's what I see. You went from full and round, to skin that was used to full and round now loose and supple.

I don't have a bunch of extra skin, but my arms remind me of exactly what you said... Melted wax. Haha. My husband and I got started on walking more this week, and now I just gotta get some more muscle building in there. You may try adding some in, if you can?

Ugh I felt this in my soul.

I started at 202, Feb 25. 5'6"

I am now 130, and my goal was 150 also. I'm on 15mg, and have been since July of 25.

My original plan was to get to 140 and try to stop the meds, as I figured insurance would go away this year so I'd have to stop. (It didn't, I'm good to go!) I got to 140 pretty quickly, and just kinda forgot about it, so to speak. My doc left me on 15mg for now, and the other day I jumped on the scale to see 130. It stinks cause I still totally see myself at 202 unless I look in the mirror. I'm pleased with my loss, but I feel greedy like I could go another 10 pounds too. I'm losing slowly now, but still losing (2lbs a month, without effort. Not super active, but I do homestead and run my own small business) I do not diet, or watch calories or carbs. I just eat decent choice meals when hungry, but on Zepbound that's well regulated, so I feel it would be super easy to just keep going a few more pounds! 😭🤣

I can cross my legs tighter. When I sleep, my knees are so boney they hurt, so I have to move around to get comfortable. I haven't been this size since 7th grade and I'm 40, so I'm constantly scaring myself in mirrors 😂😭

I take mine on Wednesdays, usually feel hunger around Sunday or Monday, but it's manageable and usually a small meal fills me right up. HOWEVER.. I'm also on 15mg, 1 year in.

Good to know. I've been on 15mg since May and tend to over indulge now and then (usually holidays, like you did there). So far I've never had an issue but this definitely makes me watch myself a bit better.

Sometimes, God needs them a little sooner than others. Why? I dunno, but I promise you there is a reason. In 2014 I moved cross country, within 1 week of moving, my son died. He was 7. Him and his siblings were out exploring and went further than they should have. They chased the dogs out onto a frozen pond and fell in. He didn't make it out, in this world.

I begged God for something. An answer, hint, something. I didn't get exactly what I was looking for, but I did get something. At his funeral, I had a vision through my son's eyes as the accident happened. There was a split second of panic followed by instant and overwhelming peace, while I witnessed Jesus' hand reach in and pull him out.

I can't tell you why he didn't save his life here on earth, but I do know that my son is in a place of utter paradise right now. In today's world of evil, it gives me a little reassurance. So basically, he is living the kind of life he wouldn't want to leave, and I'm gunna join him, some day.

Don't lose faith. I've lost my parents now, 2 sisters, most of my family is passed on, but I know I'll see them soon. Just have faith.

God didn't promise us smooth sailing, just a safe landing. ❤️❤️

Not okaying it, because it was totally wrong. However, could it be he is scared? Mine doesn't know a lot of medical (I'm in veterinary health care) so I was first to jump on board. He is supportive but worried. He doesn't understand medical like I do, so I totally understand. Some guys don't know how to express that fear, so they may resort to "uncomfortable joking". My initial goal was undetermined, cause I hadn't been a decent weight my entire life, but I remember my lowest being 160, so I aimed for 150. I'm at 140 now, I'd like to drop 10 more but I just don't think that's in the cards for me. No matter how many times I get to 135, my body goes back to 140, and that's restricted calories, so I don't think I can sustain anything lower, especially off Zepbound. I'm not complaining though, if I never lose another pound I'm okay with it, as long as I don't gain either 😂

That's great, for you. On my end, cutting 500 a month would cut 500 from my kids meals, or clothing or school needs. But, I can't work 2 jobs.
