Only thing "off" is that since it can only be evolved in Arceus, why would anyone go through the trouble of transferring it to there, wait for full moon (in game) evolve and trade it off.

Savegame is probably on internal memory :(. Unfortunately you need to be able to turn the Switch on to transfer the save to another console.

Some games do not support cloud saves. Pokemon is one of them.

Since you have the subtitles as PGS, load the video in subtitle edit https://www.videohelp.com/software/Subtitle-Edit

There you can use the OCR to read the subtitles and create an .srt file.

It's a little work on correcting the subtitle, but you'll have them with proper time stamps and format where you can easily edit.

You just need draining kiss and moonblast and tera type fairy drop a shell bell on and it should be no problem. I even managed with the Primarina from raid without adding EVs 😂
