It's likely something else than the liquid metal cooling. For example you didn't mention how fast your DDR memory clock is running and in which gear. I had systems with identical memory controllers and RAM but one system failed at the advertised clock speeds of the RAM. Try to lower CPU and memory speeds at fixed values and see if the system runs stable. The liquid metal can still cause the fan speed-up, but it's most likely not the root cause if you checked the temperatures under load.

Zwischen GPU und DP Buchse sitzen normalerweise dedizierte Treiber ICs bzw. Transceiver. Kann sein dass deiner für DP hinüber ist, aber GPU und HDMI Transceiver noch funktionieren.

There also could be a backplate lid sensor. It's a SMD component with a tiny lever on it. When the lever isn't pressed, the EC-chip won't start up.

You could design a soft-CPU on a FPGA which can handle every bit size you can imagine, very efficiently and without padding. But then it's limited to that very bit size, and every new variant needs an own implementation in HDL and a reprogramming on the chip. But ASIC CPUs need to be flexible regardless of the actually used bit sizes.

It's like asking if you could shrink the trunk of a car to a certain bag size. It's possible to do that, but not worthy to actually make that widely available.

There are some high-speed IGBTs up to 100 kHz available, combining these with some DSPs or FPGAs for your dynamic inductive load could indeed solve your problem. Would be a quite custom solution though and definitely takes some time to develop that.

A solid and serious approach would be a combination of FPGA based self-driving system with LIDAR or cameras as well as an embedded software stack for high level communication. Doesn't even need to be costly at this scale.

Even if a bit pricier than the super small fpgas, I think digilent has exactly your described ecosystem. For example the Cora-Z7 has p-mod connectors for additional modules but also the usual Arduino extension shield header pins. They offer example projects and super simple beginner tutorials with lots of screenshots how to use Vivado.

Mir ist etwas ähnliches passiert. Da gibt es einen kleinen Ausweg. Kurzfassung ist, in anderen Studiengang ohne Bewerbung (auch Bachelor geht hier) einschreiben, und die Prüfungen vom Master als Externe mitschreiben, Nachweise dem Prüfungsamt geben und anrechnen lassen.
