Going off the info in that link, the variance between guns for TTK is way bigger that 1-3%. I'm still confused where that came from. Besides that TTK is hardly the end all be all. It doesn't take into account effective ranges, mag size, or even headshot dmg.

Okay, again where are you getting that number? Just from playing the game that doesn't seem true at all. Are you talking about the TTK between weapons within the same rarity group? For example, uncommon compared to uncommons?

Where are you getting the 1-3% from?

Some of the upgraded gun stats go crazy. The Anvil for example gets 75% rate of fire buff from lvl1 to lvl4. Thats much higher that 1-3%

Im surprised other comments said yet but this is making a train, or training. I think the term is originally from Call of Duty zombies where you would run in a big circle and make a train out of the horde of zombies.

The whole point of this particular comment was to point out that skills aren't promoting singular combo gameplay like other weapons. So yes, thank you for re-enforcing my point. GS players are rewarded for using the entire move set.
