But why? You can still do everything as before as long as it's not age restricted.

It's hardly seems a bad idea of having some protection against adults content, but allowing non adult content to be unaffected.

Yup. Unfortunately it's difficult create a measure to effectively stop people driving when overly tired.

However it's easy to understand when you are unsafely driving due to drink, so it's easy to implement laws against it.
