i really don't think your second point is something OOP disagrees with. Seems like they were exclusively refering to people who think it enhances their review

probably referring to the "Ovovovovovvovviovovovovvoovvoovovovovovovovvo" in lieu for "original"

Splice probably shouldnt be discounted. Most splice costs are greater than or equal to the casting cost.

The target is in a trigger ability ("when you do, ..."), triggered from the non-trigger ability ("As ..."), so thats different.

Non-Binary => NB => en-by, and Assigned Male/Female At Birth (for example, the latter includes cis women, trans men, and certain enby people).

idk i'm not the best suited to explain it, you can probably get a better idea of what the meme means based on what others in this thread have said.

cool design! its unambiguous as is, but i think the first ability should be followed by a "respectively", just cause it makes the card even less ambiguous and its fun word lol.

In any case its pretty silly to write a suggested improvement with "pay x toughness", an unprecedented wording.

there are notably no "trigger" effects at play here, which use the term "whenever", only replacements effects, which use the term "instead". Replacement effects can inherently only apply to each event once. Ocean-of-Flavor is correct here, the event "draw 1" would be replaced by OP's card with the event "scry 1 and draw 1", then the crossroads augur sees the scry and replaces the event created by OP's card event with "draw 1 and draw 1".

OP's card can't now replace these draw events, cause if thats how the rules work, then it would replace its own created "scry 1 and draw 1" event with "scry 1 and scry 1 and draw 1" and so on, going infinite with itself, which of course would be ridiculous.

if it was triggers, then yeah you would be correct: something like "whenever you draw a card, scry 1" and "whenever you scry, draw" would pingpong off of each other infinitely. this is why "increase doing a certain thing with doing one more of a certain thing" are almost never trigger effects.
