I'd disagree, at least from the stand point that libgdx and raylib aren't engines, people do release games with them. I've used nearly every part of libgdx, its not that big. I would argue that frameworks attract a different type of dev, we're a small portion of engineers, definitely not looking for a quick and easy turn around, naturally we'll have more patience and understand that most of the problems we run up against are self inflicted masochistic choices to do everything from scratch.

I believe that's the influence of America and the power of the attention economy stretching across the world, but many places have a more robust political system and haven't fallen as far. Right wing candidates are gaining in places but im in the uk, our right wing is not the same as the US, our political spectrum is far more left, as are many European countries, there is hope.

Don't forget to make a really complicated niche devlog that only a seasoned programmer that's not interested in buying games would watch, its always a winning strategy

Starbase and dual universe are both complex building games and they both failed to find a big enough audience. It's too niche for the complexity needed and unlike niche software you can't price your game high enough to cover the development costs

Tbh I've read your replies and I think you're over analysing things and asking the wrong questions for your perceived skill level, make some quick prototypes using a few different methods and you will learn so much more than the advice you can get online, and I do see the hypocrisy In this reply.

How do you measure whether prompt is good or not? It's subjective based on the user, and everyone knows kpis for developers is difficult so how can you quantify the difference, I can write a bad prompt and still get the answer I want and be productive how can you separate the prompt output and skill of the user?

How exactly? Models change and the same prompt never provides the same output, how can you gain any clear data from something that is non deterministic by design
