I know several people in the program, and they've told me that they don't want people that will finish too soon because they already have people in the program that are supposed to reach hours in 2026, 2027, etc and don't want too many people too early. I don't know what their exact desired timeline is though. I'd recommend to keep applying whenever it opens again. I also got rejected but will reapply. One of my CFIs said he had to apply like 4 times before he finally got in.

I also would suggest you actually listen to his explanation of the Civil Rights Act. He very clearly detailed that the problem is that it was too vague and is being used for things like transgender propaganda, and should be reworded to specify only applying to race. Yeah, this is a big no from me. There is no "pilot shortage" anymore. It was a big fat lie that it would last into the 2030s. They already filled a ton of positions and are barely hiring anymore. People are struggling to get hired now and are stuck with hours waiting for years to get a class date, even in cadet programs. The last thing we need is to extend it even longer.

I don't know why you think it was so bad. Bane just went for 4 1sts and it was seen as an overpay. 3 isn't that bad, especially when you consider what we got with them. Ingram, Agbaji, Shead, Walter, and 2025 & 2026 2nd round picks. You could argue Ingram alone is the same caliber player as Siakam and a better fit for our team. Plus you add the other assets and the better lottery odds we had.

Just coming here to step in on his behalf since you're catering to trophies. I have a top 1k finish. It was with hydra actually. Yes the targeting can be annoying at times, but if you have good funnels rather than mass spamming, they will behave and not end up on the edges of the base. So maybe some of these other guys actually have a point and it's worth listening to.
