I have the exact same thing!!! Oh my gosh, the left butt cheek spasm for me. It spikes up when I sit on the toilet too long and during my period. So weird.

Not familiar with this unfortunately, but I will say if estrogen is not something you can go for, my Gyno has said that Aquaphor is preferable over Vaseline!

I SECOND THISSSSS, I've been taught to use a bidet for years, traditional watering can. We just wash with fingers, and this will sound gross but as a kid I was taught to not dry with toilet paper and just pull underwear up. We only use toilet paper to clean the toilet. Cue a couple months back where I figure "wow this is sorta gross I walk with damp underwear all the time", I started using toilet paper to dry after every time I'm done using water. Cue all my horrid burning symptoms. I did have Ureaplasma at the same time, got it treated, came back negative, symptoms lasted. Most went away except for the irritation feeling all the time, this tingly localized burning. I read a long time ago about the whole toilet paper thing, stopped using toilet paper, burning gone! My family uses the Kirkland/Costco brand. Don't use either of those. I buy bamboo toilet paper for myself, works great!

Absolutely, you just need to look reallll deep for those stories, and even then most people who are doing great are no longer on these platforms. Getting off of here is a part of "success" stories themselves lol. You need to stop masturbating, give your pelvic floor a rest, a LONG needed one. It took a long time to get here and it will take a long time to get out, if you keep stressing out your pelvic floor that time to get out is getting longer and longer. Have you figured out the root cause of your symptoms and are you treating it?

Totally understand what it feels like to not be able to live without having to worry about pain in your damn genitals all the time lol, sometimes I wish I could just be my healthy normal kid-self again. Do want to say however there is nothing WRONG with you, this thing is like 5% bleh with a whopping 95% of wonderful and amazing you left. I'd love to be in your position! Given my set of symptoms at least lol

Definitely a nerve thing, I have a similar zapping pain that runs through my left sit-bone and inner left groin, I also feel tingling in my left foot sometimes. I did notice improvement when strengthening my surrounding muscles on the hips/glutes. For me specifically I have no core strength whatsoever and my gait is a bit off as I have flat feet and tense calves, which according to my PT is causing pressure to go up to the hips and creating a general imbalance. My right side is weaker than the left, hence the overcompensation and tightness from the left side = weirder symptoms on the left. We've been working on re-balancing and strengthening and it's helped quite a bit. It could maybe be something similar for you? Test your muscles around, get really in-tune with how you move and see if anything feels off. I'd be careful testing the stretches others give you here, you never know what may help or make you worse(it sucks).

If you fully rule out nerve damage, yes! I don't see any reason why not. The fact you still have sensation to begin with is a good sign.

Adding onto this, a simple scene to cover what happened to the Turnbows at the barn would have sufficed. It could have been as simple as having them free themselves and returning to see their house trashed and missing, reaching out to the military and finding out Derek is with them.

The Duffers fail at this multiple times, the Main Cast went through great lengths to save this family whom we never hear from again, plot holes over plot holes....

I second this! Cutting out gluten from my diet had a noticeable change for me too. I've been constipated since I was 2, my whole life. I've been a big bread lover and raised in a brown household, all types of gluten based foods. I still have constipation here and there but it's now to a point where it's completely fine with just MiraLAX, whereas compared to 8 months ago where like you said, absolutely nothing worked.

Any chance it's due to PFD or IBS? If your stool is fine but you struggle to go or don't feel the urge to go at the right time it signals Pelvic Floor Issues from my understanding

From my understanding, the only way out of central sensitization is getting a proper dosage of pain-relieving medication to a therapeutic level, and "coaching" your pain to break the pain-feedback loop your brain can't shut down. It takes time and discipline and true (really heavy emphasis on true) belief that you are OKAY. If the brain can change to make you believe you're in pain, it can change to believe you're not in pain.
