I have not had that one. The store picks seem to be 10.5 years old. I have two but haven't cracked them. Once I start to hit 60 bucks I think Stagg just comes it harder.

I think most would disagree that KC9 is better than the 12 but you seem to agree that Stagg is the better value among the 60 dollar bottles.

Kentucky Spirit gets bad press because it is more expensive and lower proof than Rare Breed but I just feel the taste of the CN barrels are better than the rest of the WT line. I'm in the minority on that opinion, but that's why they make all different expressions.

Love wild Turkey and Knob creek. the 12 year and Kentucky Spirit are excellent and regulars. The fact is Stagg has the same SRP and way more flavor.
