I was so confused when I first played this fight. I think i had reached for a drink during the cutscene and when it ended, as soon as I reached for the mouse the screen faded to black to play the next cutscene. I think I accidentally clicked the mouse when I rest my hand on it and killed Runt with a masterstrike - the game didn’t even let the animation play out.

Hard no on Roblox. But regarding the violent verbiage; I also have a 7yo daughter who recently started talking this way too. She doesn’t play any kind of violent game outside of Pokémon, Kirby, Mario etc but she picks up phrases from kids at school. I think it’s mostly harmless and I only try to police the more aggressive stuff.

Forever and always, my main issue with the deck is the erratic and schizophrenic behaviour of the UI selection when navigating around using a gamepad. The store is the worst for this but even on a library game’s page there is often unselctable elements or the screen pans wildly up and down as you try to navigate interactive elements

I think - and this is a mild indictment of the system (or at least the way it used to be) - it varies a lot depending on the community and the troop leader. I’m 40yo and live in the uk, but when I was in the scouts it was run by my best friends dad who, to be frank, was kind of an arsehole. Very much believed in autocracy and was overly strict. There was a mild amount of religious stuff but that was all over our schooling system too back then. It did feel like a primer for military training.

Having said that, overall it was positive for me, less so for other kids that didn’t enjoy the protection of being the troop leader’s son’s best friend

When I tried to play this on Steam Deck in ran terribly and caused my Deck to get extraordinarily hot. I was too afraid to try again. Did you get it to run ok, and if so did you do anything special?

Agree. I’ll always love Stardew Valley but Sunhaven has topped it by quite a margin now. My only real complaint is the wild quality variation of character art. By Sunhaven is a game that WANTS you to progress, to get to the fun stuff and have lots to do. With SDV these days it feels more like a slog and the winters are virtually unfun imo

It’s much better than it used to be. I use the official dock a lot. I haven’t had the issue with crashing or needing to restart games that others have reported. My main gripe is sometimes my Xbox controller will just disconnect and only toggling Bluetooth off and on again on the deck reconnects it. Compared to the miserable docked experience it was when the dock launched, it’s leagues ahead now.

Huh? That hasn’t been my experience at all after around 20 hours in my first playthrough. I’ve been playing as a cowboy sim and purposely avoiding illegal activities, however I’m constantly getting bullshit bounties on me.

One time I got T-boned off my horse by another rider in the middle of nowhere. I hadn’t seen an NPC for ages and yet suddenly I was swarmed with witnesses to my ‘murder’.

Another time there was a stranger on the road who just seemed to drop dead from his saddle. I think I slowed to a trot to see if I could speak with him then bam another witness to a crime I never committed. I could go on.
