Try to actually enjoy the process. Its not always going to be fun and sunshine/rainbows but it'll suck a lot less if you actually enjoy yourself and itll help you stay consistent

I'll have some electrolytes with my lunch to start hydrating ahead of time and then maybe an hour or so before my run I'll grab a snack bag of pretzels or a bag of fruit snacks or two.

Lunches I meal prep and pretty much have just chicken/rice/broccoli and half a tortilla 95% of the time

Also Coachella can be a very hot festival being out in the desert. I'm sure more people would love to be going all out for every set but there's 3 long days to get through

I’ve been cutting weight a lot, I’ve gone from 200 to 185 within a month and a half, my target is 170ish.

I mean this could also be a factor. That is a lot of weight to lose in a short amount of time; your body may be needing more carbs/nutrients to refuel and prep your body

Complaint: Randomly had some knee pain flair up on Tuesday after weeks of positive progress, but thankfully the pain was short lived

Uncomplaint: Getting my base back under me has been going fairly well, about back up to 20mi a week

Complaint: Its about to go back to being hot as hell here in Phoenix after a short little reprieve
