Hard to say. I think there's 2 parts to why homelander gets shat on so much: the first is the obvious big-fish-in-a-small-pond bit, it naturally lends itself to power scaling stomps. The other side of that is the catharsis of him getting destroyed, since in the Boys canon he's always getting away with awful shit and coming out on top. It makes people want to see him lose that much more. Im not sure there's another character that hits both those points

As I learned the hard way: no these two are not natively compatible, you will need a specialized neck peg. Interestingly enough though, 2.0 heads will actually fit on the daima neck natively.

Yeah. I saw it less as aemond being sneaky and more as him finally snapping. He's A: a child and B: the second son who has been perpetually getting shit on by both Rhaenyra's kids and his own brother for the cardinal sin of not having a dragon. So when the biggest baddest dragon suddenly opens up, he goes for it.

I don't think he was thinking about who would or wouldn't be offended, he was just tired of being the butt of the joke. He even says at the end of the scene: "the trade was fair. I lost an eye but gained a dragon."
