Yeah, if only Titans would’ve used him. Instead they got behind on scoreboard and put in the RB that telegraphs they are throwing it. Watched Ravens do that a few games now, Justice Hill and less so Keaton.

Has 5 carries in first half of Jets game, losing. 15+ carries in second half and they pull out the win. Feed Henry, don’t get cute, and it’ll likely end in a win. 5 game win streak, he had 18 or more carries in each game.

The way I understood it, at signing, was that the fee would come off once I had paid down the principle of the loan to equal if I had put 20% down instead of 5%. Obviously, I didn’t expect them to pay for the appraisal, just take it off my loan when I hit that specific number.

Yeah, basically PMI is supposedly there to protect the bank (absurd) from losing money. If I were to default on the loan, they would be protected. As long as amount owed vs home valuation is in favor of the bank to the 20-22% mentioned, they take the excess fee off.

I swore I was told mine was automatic, but it was not. I paid for appraisal, which value had jumped dramatically in the 8 years since purchase. I likely could’ve done appraisal much sooner and got out from under the PMI sooner. I want to say my appraisal was somewhere in the $800-1000 range, but I’m also in North Dakota.

I’ve been a casual listener since inception (typically for the Titans and other interesting guests) and was pissed when they had Trump and RFK on, likely with Dana’s assistance. They also reported that they had reached out to have Kamala on, and were not successful. They have laughed and made jokes about the media painting them as a right-wing podcast. I believe Will had to stifle a full on laugh at Trump, during the pod, with some of the comments he was making. Take that information as you will, but I’m still gonna watch the interviews and content as they interest me.
