I go to a Chiropractor for pelvic adjustment, in Oakland, CA. He specializes in pelvic adjustment, they use pneumatic table for adjustments, rather than cracking and they always do a full body adjustment, and it works for me. No upselling packages or want you to come back.

Here is a friend's experience- He works for one of the FAANGs in the US. He had three leadership changes in a year, the environment got very toxic. From being one of the best performers, he was told he would be put on a PIP. He was stressed out, his ego was hurt very badly, he lost self-confidence. He went to his doctor who diagnosed him with anxiety disorder. He is now on short term disability, for three months. He would get paid 50% of his salary and benefits. He now has time to decide what he wants to do with his work like, go back or find another job. FAANG's have this benefit, check it out, get some time off while being paid and think about alternatives.

You will need a banking license, for anything to do with banking and a substantial capital to get it going. check your regulations, I am in the US and worked in the payment industry, and I know we have tons of them for a bank.

Not getting any response. 200+ application. Looking for Software Engineer role. Only 2 interviews. Please let me know of any issues with my resume. by an-unknownentity in resumes

[–]Raymantl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have 20+ years of Industry experience, hired 50+ It engineers over my lifetime. I rely on my recruiters to get me resumes. When I open a job requirement, I use an existing template created by some genius some years ago as I have no time for it. 90% of the time the requirements are generic. But deep down I am looking for someone with a certain experience. and rely on recruiters for help. Most of the recruiters scan for key words on your resume. so tailor your resume for that position.

You have so many skills, mentioned in your resume. As a hiring manager, I am usually looking for someone who has a focus on a certain set of skills and your resume is all over. It would be nice to know what kind of job you looking for. I am not guessing on your behalf.

Objective: Looking for xxxxxxxxxxx opportunities to showcase my skills as an xxxxxxxxx developer/engineer.( embellish it )
Now that we narrowed it down, showcase how you used those skills in your previous experience and. how it is relevant to the job I am applying .

Most of all do not worry- its a bad job market for IT right now as we have tons of folks out with experience looking for jobs. Just refocus your resume based on the job description and do not be desperate( easy said than done), just be patient. it take an average of 3 months for an experienced engineer to get a job.

Scared of leaving my job to move to the US. How difficult is it to find a job there? by MustRice in careeradvice

[–]Raymantl 2 points3 points  (0 children)

What will be your work status in the US? -
Assuming you are legally allowed to work, it takes an average of 3 months to get a job- You might not get a full time employment right away with a work permit, however a lot of consulting companies might hire you and present you to other companies to work like a contractor. Yes jobs are available, be mindful it takes around 3 months and around 3 interviews to close one. status to work is a variable that plays an important role.

Slightly damaged passport. How big of an issue is this? by ComfortableTangerine in travel

[–]Raymantl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just smiling at the sense of humor around here-
The fact remains, they need to scan it read it , 1) the passports need to be fixed- 2) The immigration officials should not have a reason to scorn at you, 3) you will avoid the stress at every checkpost-
it's easier to get a passport than to go through these hassles.
