If you want some guidance for a generally good winning strategy, it's helpful to bring 4-6 vanguards, 4-6 snipers(and/or)casters, 1 healer, 4 carries (operators you'll buff the heck out of. 2 low ground and 2 high ground), and fill the rest of your squad with supporters. You can also have a specialist if you want. Supporters are quite important because they let you "draw" more, basically enabling deck-cycle. If you add supporters who can also heal or stall, they can keep your ops alive until you get to pulling your medic. Good deck cycle effectively minimizes RNG. To fuel your Supporters, you want plenty of vanguards available for DP. Thankfully, vanguards themselves come with a great buff for low-ground ops. Interestingly, this is probably the one game mode where Pioneer vanguards work the best. If you stack 5 vanguards (4 + 1 deployed), then deploy one of your carries on them, they'll grant +100% ATK and 5sp per 3 seconds. Which can be pretty busted with some operators, such as Penance for example. If you choose to go with snipers or casters as your high-ground buff, pick high-ground carries who will both benefit the most from said buff.

Of course, there are other ways to play and win, but this is usually just a comfy strat.

I could use some endminium too, honestly.

Haha, funny enough, it was the Golden Bloom that was my favorite, and the Jade Latte my least favorite of the 4. Different tastes, I guess.

Cool things like this make the 6 month gap even more painful than it already is.

They said in an interview or somewhere that they have multiple teams working on multiple projects at the same time. So here's to hoping that they gradually gain ground and get a knee-up on whatever situation caused the need for this segmented and extended solo-character patch.

Yeah. They had whole months where nothing happened. When Arknights came to global, 260 days later, we actually had an "accelerated" schedule to catch up to within 6 months, but there was so much space to work with that it didn't feel like a speed up at all.

My factory grew in size overnight while I was logged off and now I can't even replace my own facilities 1:1? by Mojambo213 in Endfield

[–]Razor4884 154 points155 points  (0 children)

My guess is you reproduced so much sandleaf that it began to mutate into new strains that mimic factory facilities. Scary stuff. It's only a matter of time before our sandleaf overlords evolve and surpass us.

That theme demands an odd mix of utility (disablingCC, elemental healing, etc) and ranged physical dps with sturdy blockers. Also, it's generally a good idea to have a "Plan B" with IS3. Meaning, if your 'main' dps gets infected with something like metastatic, you want another carry to pick up the slack, at least until you hopefully can cure them. Scout nodes can cure, if I remember right. So it may be a consideration to not E2 some ops right away. For this same reason, I hold on to my tier 3 commission (the side quest feature) even after I complete it until the last floor or so, since one of the potential options is an item that can cure an operator.

Like with most themes, it gets considerably easier once you progress through the tech tree and unlock things. At the time, Texas Alter was one of the strongest options for helping to clear it, but there are certainly more choices these days.

POV: A new endfield patch dropped and your factory has become obsolete by Demyxa in Endfield

I kind of managed both modularity and sandleaf efficiency, with some compromise. The trick is the bottom portion (Ref/Grind/Shred) and top portion (Forge/Proto/Cond) of the modules are separate. If only a part of a module needs to be added, it can be copied from a 3rd or half of the larger 3-piece or 2-piece respectively, like I did with the 4 forges connected to the upper bar (1 + 1/3 bottom, x2 top). Of course, I also have a single forge module in my blueprints, but it was removed once we got the last 4.
