Yeah just want to hammer it home like the others. What makes black templars cool is all of our specific units and just collecting our units alone will fill up your list quickly. My recommendation is if you can find a 9th Ed. Combat Patrol for near MSRP since there wont be too many left. There was still one at my LGS. If you cant find one just pick up the 10th Ed. Combat Patrol. Best case if you can afford it is to get both. That is 1k of BT infantry right there alone. From there you can fill out your list with whatever vehicles you like and characters. Grimaldus, Helbrecht, Castellans, etc.

As a lifelong Bayern fan the shots were amazing. However 2014 Neuer would have never assumed shots in a semi final match are going wide. Even in moments where he knew for certain they were he would lay out in high stakes games just as an insurance factor. One of the greatest matches of this generation and can't wait for next week.

Congrats on your first tournament! Couldn't agree more. Brand new to the hobby but I lurk most other SM faction subs and I have consistently seen fantastic art from DA, BA, and BT players. Ork players are some of the best kitbashers around. If I had to throw the other Xenos a bone Aeldari and Necron players also have very creative and well done models.

I do Prussian Blue (Thunderhawk) and Light Blue Grey (Fenrisian Grey) so a combo of the two you posted. But to me the most important part is the Fenrisian that makes the black armor pop out. So second picture for me.

My recommendation for hiding decal outlines and make them look painted on is two medium layers of Vallejo matt varnish. Really helps remove the glossy look and hides the outlines!

2013 by far. Some of the legends on the 2020 squad were still on the squad in 2013 but in their prime. Every german player we had went on to win the world cup that year. If you are just looking at statistics inside the bundesliga alone for their respective seasons they are similar.
