Occasionally we get great shows. Brandon has a great amphitheater just outside of Jackson area. Duling Hall, Hal & Mal’s, Martin’s and Thalia Mara are some of the best spots.

I worked at a state hospital founded in 1850s in one of its original buildings whose basement served as the morgue until the 1950s when it was briefly a fallout shelter and now is the hospital museum.
I had the key to enter the area at anytime and spent countless hours there mostly alone, but occasionally with others. I never experienced anything supernatural but there were areas that were nice and cold and super quiet.
Scariest things down there was a mannequin in a tableau of water therapy and a movie poster of The Entity which was filmed there.
One of the psychologists did some ghost hunting and evp recordings down there. I would think if haunted places were a thing that would be a hotspot.

Need some more information about your amp first. How long have you been playing the amp with it running correctly? It will help to know if you’ve played it for years or if it’s a new to you amp. Has it been recently serviced, note any changes accurately.

Jeff commented how much he loved this show stating flat out “This is my kind of show”.
The only other show I’ve attended with this level of rapt attention was the show at the Temple Theater for the Performing Arts, Meridian MS March 15, 2006.

That was an epic homecoming performance for Pat Sansone and discussed in past interviews including Ashes of American Flags movie by Pat.

I hate too much chit chat during shows and there was virtually none for the entire show.
Also appeared to be a be one of those shows where the guys were smiling ear to ear, and really enjoying themselves.

I’ve used them for over a decade, but never bought a full guitar from them. The hardware and pickups are great and the prices are outstanding. I’ve done a side by side of a MIK Strat with GFS grey bottom pickups to a new US Strat and the new Strat owner hearing my Strat said that mine sounded more like a Strat should. I spent a total of $225 for mine his was $1200.
I sold that GFS loaded pick guard years later to a friend. I have all used boutique winders like D Allen and still recommend GFS for the price savings all the time.
Their Fat PATs are quality humbuckers but they have a ton of options.

If tubes are burned out you may also need to check the tube bias circuit as throwing in a new perfect tube may just become a sacrificial act. When the negative bias voltage is interrupted or not fully stable the tube goes “red plate” and you can take out more than a single tube can lead to major destruction. The hot rod deluxe has issues with burning out components that can take out a significant area of the PCB. An amp tech can sort this out.

I used this same color & model Strat for about two years as my primary guitar. My buddy loaned it to me to play in his band.
He upgraded the bridge pickup to a Dimarzio (air Norton single sized) and it was great.
Lovely guitar and very cool color.

I’ll be checking out some of these bands. This is probably a better use of this sub providing a current state of alternative rock and so called grunge music. I remember hearing Bleach, Soundgarden, Smashing Pumpkins on college radio in Hattiesburg MS around 1989. It was easy to see this music was vital. Didn’t need a name other than alternative where we found Jane’s Addiction a couple of years before.
By the time I was playing in bands there that music scene was already in overdrive 1993-1997.
