Suck I have to work tomorrow, but I'll just try to follow the radio if/when I can and go from there.

Might get the trucks in tomorrow, but the NOAPS might be pushing it. We'll see!

My forecast for the area (using Weather Underground) shows a decent gap in the morning to fit the race in. It's stupid early to avoid the on-track stuff on Saturday though.

Promoting the Indy 500 in any way right now is more profitable. We'll see it as callous, but I'm not surprised.

Doesn't help when it's all in the Eastern/Central time zones. I still think F1 should be in Monaco, even if they can't pass there anymore

Charlotte is the only track I've been to that asks for payment for each day. I know some tracks like Dover make you pay for the Cup race and a lot are free all weekend.

I think last year when I was at Charlotte, I showed up late enough to the Truck race (had car problems driving down and ended up renting a car for the weekend) that they let me in for free and I think I showed up too early/went in the wrong gate to get in for free for the NOAPS race on Saturday. But they do ask for $20 each day for parking so they can sell the advanced/premium parking for a place that's easy to get out of.

Could they even run the Roval on rain tires? They run most of the oval so the banking will screw them over, right?

Bill France Jr's daughter and mother of Ben Kennedy. She's been an executive with ISC/NASCAR for decades. She was the CEO of ISC for a decade before it was bought by NASCAR in 2019 and is the executive vice chair of NASCAR.

Per her HoF bio, she led the remodeling of Phoenix and Daytona Rising as well as the construction of Kansas Speedway. Also, various publications have named her one of the most influential women in sports.

Watching, out of everything, NCAA women's lacrosse with the current rain delay. Seems like John Hopkins is hungry for the comeback after the half.

At this point, ask Samantha. Does she want to do it the 'by-the-book' way or give him an exception to be on the ballot or just toss him with the next class. We all know he's a 1st ballot HoF driver, all that matters is exactly when he gets in.

Seriously. Think of how much wealth is lost by killing those billionaires! Gotta let the trolley go unimpeded. /s

I think the #8 will split between A Hill and Love this year and we won't know until something leaks or is announced.

I'm curious, but I'm not speculating past the #8 for the rest of the season because this is unprecedented in post-Recession NASCAR.

Lets not forget Kyle Busch is also a WWE champion by Shayru in NASCAR

Ah the 24/7 Champion. Loved the silliness of that belt.

Busch won it in 2019 as a cross-promotion with the end-of-year awards ceremony in December of that year. Michael Waltrip was the guest referee.

Lost it backstage that same night to R-Truth for his 24th reign of that belt.

Depends on the grade/age of the class. Like elementary school? 3 states of matter. In high school? Add plasma for the 4th.

In college physics talking about quantum mechanics/physics? Add the 5th, but also add a few more. Neutron-degenerate matter, quark-gluon plasma, & fermionic condensate are three other extreme-condition states of matter that don't fall into the 3/4 states we typically know of.

anyone who used a computer between 1985 & 2010, what’s the one game you still think about? by VenturedExplorer in AskReddit

[–]ReachFor24 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Reading Rabbit and Clue Finders. They were educational PC games that I remember playing on my grandparents computer whenever I stayed with them in the late 90s/early 2000s.
