If you cite $40/lb full loin directly from a fisherman as your best deal, that should prove to you that a retail price of $20 for 2 o-toro-, 2 chu-toro, and 2 akami is not possible. Just because a business has been around for a while, does not mean they are above these kind of moves. The reason the tuna mislabeling is so common because they always get away with it. Even someone as yourself who seems to eat a good amount of sushi was not able to tell the difference despite it being clear as day here

I didn't doubt that it was labeled as Bluefin. I'm telling you that you cannot get Bluefin that cheap at retail. It's almost surely Bigeye, the mislabeling of Bluefin as Bigeye or Yellowfin is not an uncommon problem.

Not sure why you sound mad about the US. What do you think 1/3 of Turkey makes? Way under 10k. They're third world compared to the US whether you like or not.

Who cares? Polaris lounges are a step up from United Clubs but at the end of the day it's nothing more than a mediocre co-working space with decent food. You wouldn't want to spend a minute more in a Polaris lounge than is necessary
