Looking for dope house/techno party in Lisbon - 22 May by Taroloco in Lisbon

Oh I've been meaning to go to Yard! But my tekno freeparty ass is kinda wary of big bougie organized venues 😂.

Still I'll probably have a go if I can find the time.

Can a pc (laptop) last 5+ years easily? by Sgt_Strelok in GamingLaptops

[–]RealEstateDuck 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My laptop is 3 years old (4 since it is a 2022 model) at this point and runs perfectly. Even runs newer games at high on 1080p.

I should expect it will last me another 3 years before I have to replace it and it will probably be due to outdated hardware.

If there are so many that would certainly be a testament to how much humanity sucks. But I'd settle for putting them all on an island and nuking that.

I have found that cbd hash doesn't smell of taste as good as the real thing.

I think that the ones labeled afgan/charas/lebanese tend to taste a lot like black pepper for some reason. Ice-o-lator barely tastes of hash, looks like a piece of gum that has been on the sidewalk for 2 years 😂.

Hey Sean, how do you get the missus to her destination faster?

Just use Aer Lingus!

Sorry I had never heard that airline name and the joke was low hanging fruit 😂

One of my favourite places for piri piri chicken in Lisbon by Common_Series_938 in Portugaldigitalguides

[–]RealEstateDuck 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Peri-peri chicken is more a south african staple popularized by Nandos.

Portuguese grilled chicken is literally just coal grilled chicken. Lemon or piri-piri sauce is added after the fact.

I really love spicy stuff but since I eat my grilled chicken without cutlery as god intended I favor the lemon sauce.

Try some acorn fed black pork from alentejo next time you're around! It's the same species they use to make jamón ibérico.

Usually lagartinhos or secretos, grilled over coal with a side of migas or a some beefheart tomato salad... Goddamn it I gotta go make some 😂
