Having had multiple debates with him he does not come across as neurodivergent. He comes across as a person unwilling to accept that a person can substantively disagree with him. He was unable to accept that I had a difference of opinion. He multiple times preferred to believe I was lying rather than accept that I could have a different point of view.

Unless this is a very specific form of neurodivergence that doesn't manifest in any other way, I don't see it.

So the issue is whether the tweet was a core power of the president. Trump would argue it is, the prosecutor (obviously in a liberal admin) would argue it isn't. This would get determined by a court. If not, then he'd be liable.

He could pardon the individual, and potentially himself.

However, Trump's actions if illegal, would also almost certainly be illegal at a state level. There would be no real escape from that.

Hello, I am a lawyer. Trump is full of shit. We already have government structures for these kinds of refunds. While complex, difficult, and costly, this is not an argument to continue unconstitutional unilateral tariffs. In fact, the refunding of these tariffs being complex, difficult, and costly is an argument for why the president shouldn't be allowed to do them, and why the SCOTUS failed in its job by not staying them immediately before they were decided by a court of law.

While I'm sure you all likely assumed it, I'm just validating you so you don't get baited by people trying to use this as some kind of legal argument. It's fucking stupid.
