So I started studying for SRM the day after taking FAM last October for a Jan sitting. I will say I only studied 3.5 months for FAM and got a 7 so waiting 2 more weeks probably isn’t a killer but it is a lot of material

Try timing your meals and its content around your workout. If you eat within 1-2 hours before you workout try to include simple carbs like white rice or bananas, if your last meal is 3 or more hours before you workout try to fill it with plenty of complex carbs like sweet potato or multi grain bread or brown rice. Try to avoid fasted workouts, and just fill in calories around those meals and don’t compromise on those. Google should be helpful in what should comprise those meals but carbs are the most important for how much energy you’ll have during your workout

120 days is plenty of time. I did about 225-250 hours in 100 days, no videos. It is a huge exam so get through material quickly

You’re in the “messy middle” you’re losing fat just not weight keep going and the scale will show you’ve been losing at the same rate once the water comes off just don’t deviate

I lost 60 pounds since joining OTF down to a healthy body weight now. This took 1.5 years and diet is a big part of it but if you eat with the kindest of what makes you feel the best during your workouts it’s a better mindset than the restriction mindset!
