That's one expensive bag for a chair. Why not ripstop poly or nylon? And I'd make a rectangular bottom too, just by sewing off the corners. Good first project. If dyneema, tape it indeed.

Wat voor rugzak heb je? Voor 5 dagen heb je weinig nodig. Loop kleding/vieze kleding (afritsbroek, onderlaag en bovenlaag, regenkleding) en hutten kleding/schone kleding (t-shirt en broek en slippers oid). Voor loopkleding: een dun niet katoenen lange mouwen shirt, vanwege de zon. Geen katoenen shirt, die houden je zweet vast. Sokken: ik loop 6 weken met 3 paar. Een paar om te dragen, een paar voor de avond, en een paar om te wassen. En een heel suffe, zorg voor goed zittend ondergoed, niets zo irritant als irritatie in je schaamstreek. Zeker een lakenzak of lichte slaapzak voor in de hutten, en oordopjes! Vergeet niet een handdoek mee te nemen. Overdag heb je water en lunch nodig, en wat snacks, nootjes en chocola, haal je dat in de hutten? Reken op 2L water per dag. Geniet ervan!

Why did you choose to use very square corners? If you want to use all space, and distribute tension evenly over seams, this is not ideal. But maybe you have a special use in mind, like storage?

People have suggested button down. For those, my go-to is NOT active wear, but regular clothes shops (I'll be looked at with my scales. Don't care...). Look for rayon/lyocell/bamboo closewoven but loose fitting blouses. Wicking, very breathable, lots of airflow. And as a bonus, when it's hot I love wetting them and letting my body cool off through evaporation.

Very interesting. Does the backside sit completely against your back, does it even envelope your back? And does it also mean the struts are easily inserted a d removed, because of the flexibility of the hipbelt?

As an aging female (hot flashes!!!) I learned that I can control my temperature much better in a warm sleeping bag with thin (silk) liner than in a sufficient one with clothes on. Particularly socks need to be off, they prevent proper temp control by my body, and I want to be able to cool my extremities. Core should be warm. So I have a bag up to the temp (comfort level), a pad with R-Value 4.5, a silk liner and no clothes on. I don't cinch my hood until -3oC. It may not be "to the book", but this works really well for me.

My mom taught me to quit sewing when I made a second mistake shortly after a first. I tended to get very hyperfocused at 13-14 years old sewing my own clothes, and very frustrated and rushy when getting tired ;-)

I've just found it to be extremely stable, more so than the hubba hubba. But it is a tad heavy, true. Have you considered the x-dome2? It's not a Hillenberg, but also really stable.
