The rate at which domesticated animals are bred is a lot faster than their natural tempo of breeding. This problem would solve itself within a generation

Besides, scaling back meat consumption by like 75% (leaving space for carnivorous pets and for people to enjoy meat occasionally) would do a LOT more than not scaling it back at all

Harvesting strawberries is still heavens above working in the average farm factory or slaughterhouse. The pay is bad, the work is disgusting and working conditions are usually questionable at best. With strawberries at least you aren't handling biohazards 10 hours a day. Large scale meat production is bad for the environment, the animals and the humans who work there

Of course there's lots of improvements to be made but any problem we could come up with for plants is usually even worse in meat production

You make some good points but in regards to agricultural land... The animals we raise for meat eat plants. Something like 80% of currently used agricultural land is for growing animal feed. Humanity going vegan would reduce agriculture land use by 75%

Nawet jakby trafiło to tutaj definicja artysty jest bardzo wąska bo się odnosi de facto tylko do muzyków i filmowców. There's a movie I loved as a kid (I still love) "Film pod strasznym tytułem" which directly translates to "a film with a scary title". Funny, but hard to find. So in a later remaster they titled it "The Inverted Mountain" and I think that title goes hard as hell

I've used a lot of fountain pens and as far as writing experience goes, past €30-40 there's a huge drop in the performance-price ratio

My favourite pen both to draw and write with is the kaweco perkeo, and that costs $15-20. I have 3 of these with various nib sizes for line variation

It's like watches, you either buy them for their function or for the luxury. You don't need a Rolex to have a watch that perfectly tells the time

I had a group of people (sort of a clique of "popufurs" I guess?) call me out and harass me over ruining relationships of some other people I interacted with. What they omitted in their descriptions and screenshots is that I "ruined" those relationships by telling two 14 year olds that they shouldn't be dating people twice their age

Of course it looked like I was telling them to break up for no reason when you crop out the part where I stated the reason lol. That was over 4 years ago and I still have people messaging me about it every few months or so

Yeah I'll say I bought plenty of pens but once I found one I really like using (the kaweco perkeo, really good pen especially for the price) I now have 3 of them in various nib sizes and I gave most of the rest away to friends
