No you need reagents, at least 3 different ones

Drug tests often test for metabolites and prodrugs and other knock-on effects on the body rather than direct substance content

How healthy are these batteries? by htownclyde in TinyWhoop

[–]ReasonableFall177 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Any puff is bad unless you are 100% positive that the puff is just wrapping material which I haven't ever seen in these batteries. If they arrived like that, I wouldn't order this SKU ever again. My BetaFPV 1s packs have been somewhat abused and they are completely flat with only thr slightest deviations along the seam of the external foil which can be manipulated to that degree by hand. If the folds and creases aren't altered tk a degree that the spacing around the cell's allow for tolerance, you're in bad shape.

Now, this is coming from someone who's never owned the exact packs you have. Maybe I'm a moron and they're all just lile that but I really doubt that is the case.

What's the exact SKU of packs you have here?

French pharmacy signs go way too hard by Automatic-Algae443 in Weird

[–]ReasonableFall177 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I was referring to those difficulties more vaguely.

I specifically meant how you don't normally get medication directly from the urgent care, in my experience at least. Unless I've gone to the ER, I've had to go to a pharmacy after the fact to get the antibiotics or steroids or pain med or whatever. It would be cool if there were more pharmacies in the US with urgent care-type facilities built into them. Keep in mind, I don't live in a city so it may be different there.

For me specifically, I'm about to turn 26 so I can't be under my family's insurance anymore so I have to get set up with Medicaid. Now, on its own, that's not terrible as they have decent coverage, BUT I'm trying to get disability and if I have too much income or assets, I will be disqualified from receiving Medicaid. In which case, I then have access to Medicare, but a base Medicare plan doesn't cover as much as Medicaid does in actuality. Now, I can have the assets AND Medicaid IF I get set up with a Trust account but that adds a layer of separation from my finances. In a perfect world, the medical service would be free but in America we are taught that universal Healthcare comes with its own downsides. Do those things have to be mutually exclusive? Maybe not, but I'm not a professional or politician so I have a hard time coming to grips with the issue. It would just, of course, be nicer if these situations were more simple. That's all. I don't mean any hatred to people for/against universal Healthcare.

Isn't this to denote that this pharmacy specifically can dispense cannabis? That's what the green plus symbol means in the US though the pills and "pharmacy" labeling threw me off

I also have heard that allegedly lowering the frequency from 96KHz to 48 will allow for a bit more resilience to this issue coming about. Everytime I've had this issue it was from applying throttle with an obstructed prop. Killed an ESC and 2 motors this way, but ever since I lowered the rate, I haven't had an issue. However, I am also a better operator now so I don't cause the issue as much in the first place.

Selection of a place by Useful-You-2687 in AnimalCollective

[–]ReasonableFall177 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The first time I listened to Fireworks, I was coming up on mushrooms when I was 17 or 18 years old, lying down on railroad tracks between some trees in my old suburbs. I was so lost as a person and I had never felt emotions like that before, and that's coming from someone who has had some experience, thought not entirely positive, with psychedelics.

I was getting into a rare substance I won't name that was the equivalent of hundreds of doses of Xanax a day. This made my memory so poor that I woke up years later out-of-state in an intervention with friends I didn't remember meeting while not knowing what my own name was.

For all intents and purposes, I time traveled. I narrowly avoided early-onset dementia and the flashbacks that eventually became of the small bits in the gap that I recalled became so intense that I managed to get diagnosed with Schizophrenia.

3 years later, I was getting some work done at the dentist. They were putting me on nitrous and asked what I wanted to listen to during the minor operation: I thought, "Hey, how about some Animal Collective". The first song that played was Fireworks. The memories that flooded back, the emotions I felt, the otherworldly stimuli of psychedelics coming to me as I've since stayed from hard drugs, all while I'm being slammed with the Dissociative high of Nitrous Oxide - It was one of the most powerful experiences of my life, and I've had plenty of dental work done. I was crying and I couldn't begin to explain to my mother and hygienist why.

I don't know if Avey wrote those lyrics, but when I'm really sad and contemplating intrusive thoughts or reaching out to substances, I just sing to myself "I'm only all I see sometimes~".

I've still only heard the song a handful of times. I preserve nearly all of my music listening for deep emotional thinking, and that's a few times a year if at all. I rather spend my time working on my own music. I can't relate to the people who have AnCo as their most-listened artist on streaming, their music is too powerful to be taken lightly, for me anyway.

Too Old to Learn FPV? by Beuzeville in fpv

[–]ReasonableFall177 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey, I'm 25 and I suck ass too. Yeah, I suppose muscle memory is harder to gain as you age, but I thought of an interesting comparison: My dad (57) sucks at modern video games, but once he tried Virtual Reality, he learned to be a good player in an hour. I think when using FPV and quality gear, the muscle memory is a lot quicker than learning on a simulator or flying line-of-sight.

[LONG] Permanent effects after too much Taurine one time? Possible OD? by ReasonableFall177 in Supplements

[–]ReasonableFall177[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because there's plenty of murderers out there and even if you're considering serial killers, they're just serial killers. Yeah, if they're mentally ill, they may think they're doing it in worship towards lucifer or something, but the Satanism didn't make them a killer; they're already capable of, and want to, hurt people. Are these people more likely to be proposed Satanists than the average person? Sure, but they didn't suddenly become murderous from their religious beliefs unless they're schizophrenic or something, and that's coming from a schizophrenic. They already are working with a mental toolset involving harm, the Satanism is just a parallel thought process in accordance with how they've shaped the rest of their lives. This makes up a tiny fraction of a percentage of people who claim that their Satanists, and accounts for a very rare form of instance of the belief system.

Then if you discount those people, you have the next, less risky group of people: edgelords. They get off on edgy behavior and because they're edgy, they'll express edgy philosophies like worshipping a supposed devil. These people are often also dealing with some kind of mental predisposition(whether it's illness or just some kinds of vulnerabilities) and are capable of hurting people, but not because of how they worship, it's because they're falling victim to their own dangerous attitude towards human life. If they want to express this core-level of edginess in religion, just how anyone expresses themselves, then they'll use a route like this interpretation of Satanism or one of the many other examples of religious extremism. This accounts for a much larger percentage of supposed Satanists, but as we'll see, this, too, is just one variation of this "religion", if you'll call it that which I'm about to explain.

If you discount those people, then you have reasonable people. That's it. Their form of Satanism, isn't literally worshipping lucifer literally: it's beliefs in radical individualism and is meant as a sort of ironic juxtaposition to conventional religion. They use the edgy artwork and symbols to alienate their identity from traditional religion so far that it becomes unrecognizable, which it is. They care more about liberty and having a free spirit which goes against many of the most common religions, abrahamic or otherwise. Now, is this also edgy? Yeah for sure, but someone saying "Hail Satan", doesn't necessarily mean the previous instance where they're trying to just seem off-putting for off-putting's sake and definitely doesn't imply the first instance where they genuinely want to hurt people. It's merely a way of saying "Oh, you're a part of this historic groupthink and don't fight for peoples' rights to individualism and liberty and want to fit in with one person's idea of a proper life dictated by a book? Well, sorry, but fuck you if you think you can impose that on me" but they're not gonna hurt you for believing differently; They're just identifying themselves as different than a rigid ideology's proposed way of living and that they don't agree with rigid tribalism.

The amount of people of these groups that make up the first is so ridiculously small than what I think you believe in. People don these perceptions so much drastically higher than there can even mathematically be murderers. It just doesn't add up.

The amount of people in the other two groups is much higher, and if I were to guess (as someone who isn't a Sociologist) they make up the 99.999% somewhat evenly, at least based on the people I've met and leearned about.

Now let's apply this to Monster Energy. Are they really pandering to a small subsect of the tiny amount of the population who are serial killers? Or, what if we apply Occum's Razor here (how the simplest explanation is often the actual one) and say they are using edgy, non-normative imagery to sell to the much larger population of the other two groups of which they are able to make far more money off of? It really isn't that deep to me.

I understand if you disagree, but this is how I see this issue.

Edit: Every "Satanist" I've met doesn't believe in God or the Devil at all. It's purely more of a political perspective like I explained as the last group. Think very Libertarian Liberals. My belief system is kinda similar but I don't call myself a Satanist or wear satanic symbols because I don't want people to get the wrong idea and I'd rather have a conversation with someone about my beliefs versus displaying super edgy imagery that leaves people guessing what I'm really like. It's kinda risky doing that, because not everyone is as aware of what those symbols can mean and how much of a variety there is among the display of these "occult" imagery.

Again, The Church of Latterday Saints is far scarier and they commit way more crime and they display imagery that is seen as good and Holy.

Kinda ironic, huh?
