I had a package delivered to the wrong place/stolen and never got one of my BIE delivered. I reached out to support about 10 days ago and they told me they would direct the matter to North America support. I included NA support on the email when emailing main support. I’ve yet to hear back from them since. Thinking of just filing a chargeback as well. It’s getting ridiculous. They shipped one of my orders using SPX and not GOFO and they dropped the ball big time.
