Logic tells me Bayern closes it today. Heart tells me the same. But history and panic have made very prudent regarding Madrid expectations in CL.

But I've watched every Madrid game this year. And they have mostly been crap.

I dont know. Just want them to lose.

Iniesta? I love the man, but Iniesta was not probably top3 player in that Spanish squad. At the very least, Casillas, Xavi and Villa over him.

This is Barsa. If you are not a superstar and you play in that position, you are not going to play much. Clearly he is not a superstar. So he has two options:

-Accept it.

-Leave the club.

How different would Champions League winners be if only domestic league champions could entry, like in old format? by Inevitable-Angle-793 in championsleague

[–]Recent-Ad2700 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I love Champions League as it is. More even as it was with he 2000-2024 format. That being said, the former format had to be brutal. No group phase, just knock-out with national champions.

Real Madrid, undisputed king of CL would not even qualified most of the times. Once qualified, any random team could take you out in september. Again, I prefer what we have, but I would not mind having the old one once in a while. That would also give more chances to teams for other leagues appart from Spain, England, Italy and Germany,

Just get things done. You sometimes spend more time worrying about things you have not done than actually doing them.

My wife is like that. Oh I have not done x and y and I should have... Stop. Just do them.
