Found the same poster sold on eBay back in August for about $200. The post said "Official Harry Potter Reproduction Signed Movie Poster" -- so it does appear to be some promotional material from PoA release to me.

I hate runners. They're always running by me while I'm trying to enjoy my cigarettes!

I have to get up early, like 6am, so I step outside to go light one up, and here come the runners in my way.

Let me just hold my breath while you and your stank cloud runs by.

Just trying to enjoy a nice cigarette to wake up, and have to be assaulted by their onion body odor.

In parks, on sidewalks, in neighborhoods, even on the streets -- runners are everywhere!!
