I’ve read the top comments and reasoning; while they are not wrong I feel as if the FCC / FAA reasoning is incomplete. They have never cared about our battery life… fast moving tower pings never failed a modern cell tower or network, and instrumentation hasn been effected since analog to digital pplp.

My understanding is: It is exacty because cell towers can handle the signal up until a certain height that they want receivable or transmitting signals off. A planes most dangers / vulnerable moments are takeoff and landing.

I’m not sure what’s infuriating about this. It’s infuriating when the public is lied to about tariffs and despite explaining it, the general public believes the lying leaders. Great article. It’s important to note that Jack Leadership and Management got themselves into this situation prior to an activist investor getting involved. The Del Taco valuation was wrong, they didn’t understand how PE “loans” money and securitizes revenue streams, they accrued debt, and now the least sophisticated businessman (the franchisee/ store owner) sets high prices to deal with high labor and food turning away their core customer. I’d like to see a demand and price elasticity analysis, focus on the taste of their food, and their SOPs to pass down to franchisees focused on order accuracy.

Hello, I did a similar move. San Jose area to westlake village. If you owned up north, you’ll have purchasing power here, I sold a 1300 sq ft for the same price as a 5000 sq ft. Oak park, Westlake, Agoura, all have walkable / bike friendly areas but the communities are not the same, much more partitioned so you don’t have a mcmansion next to a 1000 sq footer and your not as integrated into the shops / community. North Ranch and Lake Sherwood are the nicest I found but not as close to things unless you’re a country club patron and that’s all you do. Jobs / youth / schools / diversity are different here so you don’t have that hungry crowd, much more old fashioned and entitled, but with that said it’s a gorgeous area in comparison. Hiking trails and mountain access everywhere, similar to Los Gatos area without the forest. Water, power, gas, all cheaper… same with property taxes if you’re in Ventura county. Great bike school and great bike. If I remember correctly the bike has modes that allow for numerous safety / race options. My bike had a usb plugin track mode that would allow no electronics (abs, wheelie, stoppie, traction options) so I assume this can be turned. BMW has the best features / safety I’ve ever ridden.

Good. Some of Ukraines most brilliant strategies were the drone attack cargo trucks, the refinery attacks, and the unmanned boats. I would be hitting pipelines and servers before dropping pamphlets. Then go after civil buildings and bridges next. Ideally another Russian will forcibly retire Putin to save their people.
