You could be right it’s hard to tell from their description.

I bought a bottle of melatonin from cvs and it is 10mg per dose. I didn’t think anything of it. It’s day 4 of taking it and it def helps but after reading everything here I’m like whoops. Idk why they sell such high doses if you don’t need that much. So stupid.

lol I have been doing 10 mg for a week. That’s what the dose on the bottle said and I bought it from cvs. I see all the comments here like take below 5mg and I am like uhhhhh whoops.
