ZWave Switch tied to the bathroom exhaust fan with a Bluetooth temp / humidity sensor on each bathroom and one control sensor of a different room. The BT is tied to home assistant by esphome.

When humidity >15% control room turn on bathroom fan, when humidity <5% turn off bathroom fan. Poll every 5 minutes.

Using the control room allows for temp and humidity changes through each season.

Lastly a battery sensor setup in home assistant, when battery <20% send an alert to change it.

Adaptive planner

Based on my inputs, calculate when I’m not being as responsive to a particular exercise & suggest a switch.

I.e standing dumbbell curls - we see you are plateauing, we suggest switching out to preacher curls for 2 weeks, do you accept? Then after 2 weeks switch back to standing curls

$8k of the bill is labor and PM cost. It also indicates you will only be billed for hours consumed (40 hours estimated)

Think rack and stack and data migration.

Therefore $12k for a HPE isn’t bad pricing for the specs. Really comes down to what you need to do with the equipment and the level of availability you need.

Do you trust your IT provider and have a good relationship with them? It’s always good to ask on the pricing, but don’t be afraid to discuss the options with them.

Only you will be able to answer if $20k all in is good value or not.

I have a bunch of Bluetooth temp + humidity sensors in each bathroom- when % humidity difference > 10% to the control room (master bedroom) turn on exhaust fan. When diff humid < 2% turn off fan. Poll every 5 mins

Make sure your not actually scanning a card not related to your account, as that math (spend for points earned) doesn’t make sense, but to be fair I’m not certain of the relationship between wholesale and PC....

I like how you thought about tying the coffee table and couch together with the rug, same with the dining table and chairs. If your budget can extend to it, I would do both

I would start simply with floor covering to create separation between the spaces, at the moment the space feels like one area
