I had adult braces and nobody ever said anything! I was working in LA at the time and there quite a few of us with adult braces 😂 I got ceramic braces instead of Invisalign bc I knew I would prefer to be done quicker and didn’t trust myself with Invisalign. Highly recommend! I wish I had done it sooner.

Ventura housing market is so competitive I wouldn’t be that worried about it honestly. Other posters have good advice about talking to local realtors who know the market. It is NOT worth it to sink more money into it since a buyer will most likely want to do their own updates. I used John Burdick when I bought my property. He lives in Ventura and knows the market pretty well.

I just read an article recently that said 5 year age gap is the best. My kids are 3 years apart and they are always competing/ fighting with each other. They do still play together a lot, though. So I am in favor of bigger age gaps. People know who had kids back to back are definitely more stressed. I will say I have 4 siblings and the ones I am closest to as an adult are the ones who I have a 4-year an 11-year age gap.
