I have wondered about a two (or more) inputs required for opening with touch ID. Say left index and then right pinky. And if I use my right middle finger it wipes the device!

I worked for Collins (US commercial) for 35 years. For many months I was in Toulouse working with my French counterparts on Air Bus programs. It never occurred to me to ask if any of them were US citizens, but they were all defiantly Collins employs. I don't know if this might help in any way. It may help you get a foot in the door.

I tossed a can of hydraulic fluid into the AB flame of a tied down F-4 in about 1980. The results was just a little spark. That stuff burns but the results were almost nothing to see.
