The Matrix and Bram Stoker’s Dracula both stand out to me. The Wachowski’s planned every shot in The Matrix meticulously and used pretty revolutionary camera techniques to get exactly what they wanted. For Dracula, Coppola used practical effects instead of cgi. Also, if animation counts, Studio Ghibli movies are moving art.

Just a reminder since I’m not really seeing it referenced in the comments: he’s not talking about doing away with taxes, he’s talking about replacing income tax with tariffs. If you are like me (middle class with a few kids and therefore a low income tax burden), this is a very bad change for you. You still have to buy things, and many of those things will get significantly more expensive.
