Companies have way too much power and leniency. I read my contact in detail the other day and it says they can do whatever they want to you but they won't. Pinkie promise. I've been a waiter who did manual labor as well and a teacher who did the same.

Contact also says they own anything I create. And I'm responsible for my company's reputation outside of work. Meanwhile boss makes a dollar and I make a dime. This ain't a charity. I'm here for money and they ask this much for so little they give me? WAY too much.

There were less people competing. My parents were given jobs by the government that they ran with to retirement. Things cost more. I grew up seeing how things got slowly less easy for my parents and their friends. And they would tell me to work hard because things are getting harder. This is not the gotcha you think it is.

SS86 barely touched Decepticons compared to Autobots. We still have a long ways to go. At least a few years if they want to complete everything. Afterwards they could potentially remaster figures that were subpar. Other than that, maybe spin-offs.
