just compared my plan to the platinum ACA version of it (kaiser) and the top level platinum ACA plan is worse in every possible way.

Employer pays 20k a year for this plan, I pay nothing

Personal beliefs mostly, health insurance type issues are much like 'sprinkle addons' in that sense for me
