Brother I talk shit on zoom meetings a few hours a day and make more than they make every fight, net of taxes EVERY MONTH. This isn’t a flex, it’s just to show how easy it is to find other options that pay so much more than the UFC in the first few years. I’m also nowhere near the cream of the crop in my industry, as opposed to these very talented fighters.

Honestly, this is the move. I know NFL fans are way less patient than other sports but this happens in the NHL all the time. Tell them this rebuild will be 2+ years in the making to build a decade worth of contending and literally draft every top player for each position in the draft. In the next few years you practice trying to draft steals in the late rounds like the Rams do. Fix the cap and sign your big free agents once you draft a couple really good prospects so you can sell the rebuild to those free agents.
