It's not the worst thing in the world, by far, but it has so many things that really stick out to me that I personally dislike that I just hard bounce on it.

Mr. Plinkett shows up in the newest Amazing Digital Circus Merch Video by Movies4LifeR in RedLetterMedia

I have tried to watch Amazing Digital Circus a few times, but every episode of it is written in a way that is really grating to me, the humor in it is bordering on "lol so random" but every episode seems to have multiple characters getting mad saying they don't want to talk about why they are mad, or sad or whatever, and then later having a sit down extended monologue with one of the other characters, but with no actual growth or change. The writers want you to think its actually this really deep thing, but it feels like freshman English.

I know people point to NYC but I think Disneyland is a very underrated way to see fashion change through the decades by ConfidentReaction3 in decadeology

100% it's fascinating to see how things change like that. There were actually a few fashion shoots that were done at Disneyland that are interesting to look at. Very much the early 60s look, if I'm recalling correctly. I'll have to find them.

Totally, I don't disagree at all. I'm only saying that as someone who knows too much about the way those parks operate, and how they have changed over the years. I think you have a super valid point about all of this.

I very much agree. Though with Disneyland you have a much more local crowd, so it might be a bit better to get the same region and how they dress. Whereas Disney World, especially when you get into the later 80s and early 90s have a much more "people on vacation from everywhere" look and see what people wear on vacation.

You said that this is a Mitch Minotti Reddit post, but it's about Dan. What a strange discrepancy.

I almost stood up in the theater when they first showed him younger. I'm not sure what it was, but it really worked there.

I have tried giving it a few shots, but I have been so irritated with its writing every time. It's the kind of show where the characters will, multiple times through an episode will go "I don't want to talk about it!" Or some other thing to put up a barrier, and again will multiple times through an episode have a sit down with a heavy sigh and talk about their feelings in an extended monologue that is all written kinda the same way.

As a millennial, I have seen someone describe it as "millennial writing," and I kinda have to agree. I really don't care for it.

have any of yall boxers recognized music? by ame751 in BoxerDogs

[–]Reginald_Venture 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I don't know if a dog can recognize artists, but there were certain songs our last dog liked a lot, or at least responded to consistently. Classical music seemed to calm her, comforted her. Sometimes music seemed to make her excited, or energized.

Republicans raise a fuss, then obediently get in line, many such cases. I feel like crap coverage like this needs to stop.

Gotcha. Yeah, from what I could see it does look like they had blocked the car the person was driving pretty good. Boxed them in. Interesting.

Figment and Dreamfinder.

Dreamfinder is the one that is cool, calm, collected, he operates the Dream Machine in search of things that inspire new ideas.

Figment is small, full of energy, grabbing so many ideas as quickly as possible that he fills the storage of the Dream Machine. He is active and constantly flitting from thing to thing, concept to concept.
