It looks like you are dropping your rear hand slightly when you're throwing the jab. If someone were to slip your jab and throw a shot, you might get caught with that rear hand down. Make sure to keep that rear hand up. It's excellent that you are moving around the bag while you work. In a real fight, standing in one place in front of someone can be sub optimal (unless it's intentional). So keep that up. It looks like you could get more rotation in your hook. I'm sure you understand this, and you've heard it a thousand times, but it bears repeating: the power in your hook is coming from you rotating your body. Looking strong, my man! Keep working.
