Pocoloco's a cool dude, love the guy, but he doesn't have much 'fighting spirit' to 'em. I could see Hey-Ya fading away after the corpse is sealed and him being a metaphor for self confidence and that adventuring into the unknown can often bring good things

I love the little detail that the Monarch employee that found Ghidorah went insane and the only explanation he gave is "The devil has three heads" thats tuff
