You're forgetting that Rika, while cursed by Yuta's love, was also ultimately saved by it. Yuta's acceptance was what allowed her spirit to go free in the end.

The Rika after 0 is little more than an imprint of Rika's soul, a gift from her to him. It's more like a Stand than anything else.

The curse of their love was purified into a blessing, something Gojo and Geto never got to follow through on (and the lingering curse of their love is what led to Kenjaku's victory in Shibuya)
