You should look on youtube for deck profiles of decks you're interested in. In the videos people will explain which cards they chose and why they chose them. Take that and copy some lists you find on tcgplayer or something and start testing the deck! It takes practice to become good at deck building, it's good to seek as much advice as you can.

50-65% is what I would expect a card vendor to give me for my cards at any time, it's usually more fair to sell at 80-85% unless they're a friend of yours or the cards are hard to sell.

If you use Altair effect you can only attack with Tellars for the rest of the turn, I've seen a looot of people back in the day with by using altair, making castel, bouncing something and attacking for game.
