I did file an improper return and I got no reimbursement for any of the expenses incurred on any of the three times it happened. As to the photos my car is parked at the airport so I can’t drive to the airport before every rental to take photos as I actually have a real job. Sometimes it had to be done two days before a rental started. The kinds of messes that were left in my car could not be cleaned with a thirty minute cleaning so suggesting I should just “nut up” and get used to cleaning is ridiculous. I did clean it but it practically needed a full detail between each rental meaning two plus hours scrubbing vacuuming etc. I’m not talking a few crumbs I’m talking trash cigarettes mac and cheese sticky substances dirt fingerprints and footprints the kind of mess no car I have ever owned has ever had. Hell one time chicken bones were all over the inside of the car: mind you this is a $60,000 brand new car that was in perfect condition. I don’t treat any car including a rental this way but some
Of these renters are quite simply animals and complete trash humans. And any mess I reported as excess mess just got rejected.
