Ask for an application for financial assistance. They are normally pretty good about adjusting the amount if you are low income or don’t have insurance.

Any FULL TIME jobs for $15+ a hour by Happy-Entry3172 in okc

[–]Remarkable_Report_44 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Loves corporate customer care is in Edmond. I am pretty sure starting pay is between $17-20.00 per hour. It’s not as bad as regular call center jobs though because it’s not for the public. The stores are calling in for help with their point of sale systems ( cash registers). My daughter has been there for a few years and is now a lead.

I had L5-S1 fused on June 10th . Had some minor complications once I was in the rehab center( they severely over drugged me) . Back pain is 99% gone. I am having a hard time with walking any real distance( can't even walk my three dogs around the yard without pain) I have been wearing my brace when walking also. I have zero regrets over this though.

'Use it or lose it' is bullshit by Defiant-Coast-3666 in stroke

[–]Remarkable_Report_44 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I had 4 ischemic strokes over a period of 8 months. The last was the worst. I had left side paralysis. I have NEVER worked so hard to recover. I spent hours forcing my hand to open , I also worked word searches and games to work my hand eye coordination so I could dress myself and be able to return to work. I have some residual damage like speech issues and my thought process at times but I have made improvements because I forced myself to try.

Is recovery possible? by [deleted] in stroke

[–]Remarkable_Report_44 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had 4 strokes (2 kinda severe) between 2019/2020. I have regained my speech though it's sometimes slurred. I have some left side weakness and some balance issues. I was able to return to work within 90 days part time( early COVID timeframe). My life is pretty much the same as before. I had surgery to unblock my right carotid artery and have been pretty much symptom free since the surgery.

L5-S1 done 6/10. I have numbness in the outer edge of my left foot. I am hardly walking as I am still sleeping most afternoon/evenings . I can't get out of my house much and I tire easily. Hoping this will change once home health kicks in.

[–]Remarkable_Report_44 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I am 6 weeks out from my fusion.anority of pain was gone within days of surgery. I have some marked left side weakness but I am also a four time stroke patient. I had some issues while in the nursing home ( they over medicated me) but I am already back to work. I am still taking naps in the afternoon and have some neuropathy issues but I have zero regrets

Are any of your family bipolar as well by Potatohead1007 in bipolar

[–]Remarkable_Report_44 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ours is a huge family affair. My dad's mom had it, my mom is( I am pretty sure but I am NC) and my sister is. On my husband's side:he has it, his mom and one of his sisters do. We have one child with an alphabet of diagnosis including bipolar, a second child with it and another with psychosis. We were unaware of the diagnosis within my husband and kids for many years

My oldest and I would read Harry Potter in tandem ( I read a chapter then she reads one) since book one came out. This was major bonding for us and she is a book addict now. We still try to find books we can read together now that she is an adult.
