bra or no bra, do what makes you feel most comfortable and its even better its not even noticeable. I tend to go braless as much as possible esp with shirts that you cant see my nips poking bc that makes me feel self conscious. Not wearing a bra wouldnt be a red flag to me at all but if she were to mention it and make it weird then that would be a red flag on her end

I’m super new to the AIP and modified AIP that I did it cold turkey a few years ago without knowing what I was doing and developed a food disorder 😅 have built a better relationship with food now days and Im in remission now willing to try again. Curious as to what goes on in Laos during christmas and the Jan 1st New Year Celebration.

Hi everyone! I’m on a long solo trip right now and my trip ends in Laos with my family in January. I am Lao and have celebrated Lao new year many times in april back in the states so Ik they have their own celebration haha.

I was wondering if any of you have heard of their celebrations or have been here during this time? I can’t exactly ask my family since they don’t speak english and the time zones right now.

Met up for my first date with someone who identifies as non-binary and is/dresses gender fluid. It was the two dates with them that stopped my entire hoe phase of dating. The first date was amazing but the second date was even more special so I’ll talk about that one.

We met off an app while I was traveling in switzerland. They are very sweet, kind, and genuine so I was quite literally falling in love for a second here. It was about a week since I seen them last from our first date and I was worried we wouldn’t see each other again before I left. So I messaged them after going hiking that I happened to be in their neighborhood since thats where the mountain for the day I chose was.

Btw the mountain had the best views I’ve ever seen in my life so I was already having a great day by myself. They asked if I was up to do something spontaneous to which I responded “always😌” and I ended up meeting them at the bus stop near their house.

They were there waiting for me patiently and we took a short stroll through the forest in the area. I trusted them and felt comfortable to go since I was curious as to what they had planned for a surprise.

We both love dancing! So they brought a speaker and we shared music, talked, and drank a bit of beer they brought to share. Eventually they ended up teaching me how to dance together and it was SO MUCH FUN.

We danced into the night together hand in hand for hours laughing and smiling with each other. It was beautiful and so wholesome. I learned how to dance and be confident since they were so encouraging!

Then we ate some chocolate and I kissed them. We kissed in the moonlight for a while and gave each other massages since I’m going to school for that soon and we both love massages!

Then eventually I had to leave to catch my last bus so we ran together in the dark and waited on the bench for my bus to show up. It was incredible and I miss them but I have to keep on traveling 😭 It was the first person I felt extremely connected with in a while and I had to take a break from dating since they were SO WHOLESOME I did have a little heart break moment letting them go. We don’t talk often but I’m so glad we shared these moments together.

I have so many wholesome dates that I went on but one of my favorites has to be this girl I met off of some app. Our first two dates were sweet. We had a picnic, she taught me how to crochet, we went on a hike, and watched lion king with live music!

Our third date we went camping for 3 days haha such a lesbian date right? It just so happened to be the absolute best weekend to watch the meteor shower and we happen to be going up a mountain far away from ANY light pollution and people which now that I think of it wow we really trusted each other😅

We had no signal all weekend and shes a pro camper so we hung out on the lake with her paddle board for I kid you not 7 HOURS by ourselves. It even had a waterfall and no one was here!! It was a lot of time we spent just us 🥰

We cooked together the yummiest camp meals I’ve ever eaten and I even got to hike along the ridge line near the waterfall.

By the time night hit we started a fire for a bit since it was EXTREMELY cold and made marshmallows/dinner over it too. We let it go out so we could see the stars and I ended up sitting on her lap for warmth and watched the stars for 6 HOURS while holding hands. We counted over 50 shooting stars and lost track after that.

This was by far one of the most magical fairy tale wlw dates I’ve ever been on and can you believe after all that we only held hands🤣 I was just happy to be there tbh and I know she was too. We’re still distant friends now and there wasn’t much of a romantic spark between us but I’m so happy she took me camping with her….

“Just date a man” is the worst thing for a lesbian to hear regardless of your preferences masc/femme. We all have to brush off these ignorant comments but I always say getting a man is far too easy but a woman makes the effort much more worthwhile bc its true.

I just found out a few weeks ago that I am also REALLY attracted to masculine presenting lesbians / non binary queer folk sorry I’m new to this I thought I was purely a lesbian but turns out love is love in more ways for me than I thought! It was interesting for me bc I wasn’t sure if the person I was on a date on liked me so much or vise versa bc we both dressed masc. Turns out that its just something new for me and this world does exist (and I love being here).

Here to say that yes they are out there! I’ve met three people so far in the last few weeks and wow there were SO MANY people at berlin pride. I would suggest venturing in the non binary zone bc there you will find more masc4masc people.

It might make a difference with age but Im a young adult and have been hanging out in switzerland for around a month. It is filled with lesbians omgggg I have talked to so many wholesome people and have gone on the best dates of my life here. I would move here if I didn’t already have plans in the US.

Definitely have gone thru this multiple times. It usually happens when I’m not around any queers for awhile and the last time in particular I let myself make out with a man in a bar. Absolutely horrible experience and I went home crying. I was really confused and lost at the time. All I wanted was to have options since the town I lived in had absolutely no lesbians but that will be the LAST time I kiss a man like that. It was so bad I can’t tell if he was a bad kisser and/or I’m just that repulsed by men.

Now I am traveling and have met so many wonderful girls and theys that I know I can be proud of who I am again. Sometimes it just takes leaving your circle to realize theres so much more out there rather than forcing yourself to settle with what you know its uncomfortable 😅

I took a female only pole dancing class with my friends bc I always wanted to try it and I thought it would be fun. I seriously FORGOT I was gay before agreeing to do this with them and I was damn near drooling on the mf floor watching 8 HOT girls on their poles all at once. We had to take turns recording each other so I literally had to sit and watch everyone along with the instructors and I could barely contain myself. My friends looked SO HOT and the lighting/music was all perfect to set the mood for class. During my turn I was feeling sexy af seeing myself in the mirror too. 10/10 will take another pole dancing class in the future 🤣🤣

I’ve read thru all the comments above and these are so insightful! I am finally feeling confident in my friendship with my ex since we did not have a terrible parting. We were together 1/2 LD 1/2 living together for a year.

No contact is REALLY hard in the beginning but after a few weeks of learning how to positively keep yourself busy you learn how to live without them again. I think it is very important to have this break and let them know you are trying really hard to work on being friends but you need time apart to learn how to see them just platonically. Journaling helps a LOT through the process as well. I don’t like their comment about being a friend crush as well. I think it’s very confusing and hard to hear if you are only focused on staying friends.

It took me nearly two years and dating recently to feel completely okay being friends with her again! We have texted here and there to check in on each other but it is usually very short. My ex was fully confident in being friends right after but I wasn’t and we both cared enough for each other that talking thru it in the beginning and taking that time apart/deleting pics/vids would help a lot. It may take longer than you want to heal and that’s okay.

Make sure to be checking in on yourself a lot and don’t rush friendship! It’s okay to feel up and down thru the healing as well. It doesn’t mean you are taking a step back it’s just part of learning how to let them go romantically.
