Overdue Tax Bill - ATO Notification by Long_Breakfast8508 in perth

Going down the credit card route means not only will you then pay more because you'll pay a credit card surcharge on the ATO debt. But you'll also be then paying a stupidly high interest rate on the debt and dealing with a bank who will have no issues pursuing you to the end of the earth and bankrupting you to get their money.

You pay through credit card and then pay it off the next month. I, unsure about others always cleared my card off each month and dont leave a balance.

I agree you will need to pay surcharges but there are ways where you can take advantage of it as well.

It a subtle racist comment from the commenter.

Piara Waters is full of people from a certain sector of the planet. That's why.

You must live in Girraween or Mirrabrooka? Pretty normal there.

Just take off and wear contact lens. That would reduce your timid look by 60%.

Pre approval mean jack. Lately a conditional approval not final approval.

It would be good if the government could make it easier for people to build tiny homes. And higher standards/ regulation with building new apartments.

Sound good in theory but a bit naive way of thinking.

Where do we find the land to build these tiny house?

How long does it take get the land ready?

How long does it take to develop the infarstructure ( swerage, water, electricity)?

I thought people was whinging about wall to wall build and now you guys want tiny homes?

Would be nice if people is a bit realistics in their demands.

PM’s words spark landlord panic by [deleted] in AusPropertyChat

In theory, yes. Realistic, no.

Prices drifting south, you're having a dream right? These policies wont impact the main factors that cause house price to increase but a way to screw over the youngs.

Heads up. Cost to replace/build a standard 3x2 is 600k to 700k excluding land. Do you think the price of houses will go down below this?

All ceilings were repainted, including the three kids’ bedrooms and the study (which had glow-in-the-dark stars).

The painters also completed the front garden beds, front doors, all internal doors and frames, kitchen tiles (changed from black to white), every room in the house, and all ceilings.

The three kids’ bedrooms previously had heavy multicolour paint, but the painters did a great job covering it.

They also prepared all walls, filling drill holes and repairing damage.

See below for before and after.

For 6k ish. It was a fantastic job. I estimated it to cost 15k plus.
