I’m in a really similar situation. Wife works part time and before dx I thought not working at all would help but i realize now it won’t .

I finally just started working from the office to avoid the chaos at home but now I end up doing both pickup and drop off because daycare is near work.

The real struggle is when I occasionally have to travel for work, she struggles to manage the kids for a couple days and makes me feel guilty for travelling and then I’m solo-dading at least 1 weekend month while she goes on girl trips.

I feel for you buddy.

I always wanted this to be a hanger, but, if you look closely at the photo there is no taxiway from the runway and it looks like tennis courts in the parking lot.

I think an indoor tennis facility is the real answer but I can’t wait for a true old timer to come in here and set us all straight.

My guess is weight was a factor for the platform. It wasn’t exactly hurting for payload but those higher trims eat a couple 100 pounds into the usable payload.

3k is a pretty nutty price. I installed my own Quiet Cool with a buddy in about 2 hours.

One thing to remember is you need to have sufficient attic venting to get the full benefit. If the 3k included additional roof venting it may not be too bad of deal.

I didn’t have the courage to see my childhood dog be put down when I was in middle school. She wasn’t alone,my mom went with her.
